A director is a visionary. He/she is the one who knows the film inside out. To bring that vision into reality the director should  direct the actors, cinematographer, the crew and everything that is present in the set. This short term direction course is for those who are familiar to filmmaking and films to some extent and want to hone their skills to work as a director.
