‘Shirishko Phool’ Play – Jeevan Luitel and Sanisha Bhattarai in Lead Roles

Kantipur Film Academy has unveiled the first look of its second stage production, Shirishko Phool. Based on the acclaimed novel by renowned writer Parijat, the play will be staged daily at 5:30 PM from Shrawan 8 (July 23) throughout the month of Shrawan at Kantipur Theatre, Gairidhara (within the Kantipur Film Academy premises).

Actor Jeevan Luitel appears in the role of Suyogbir, actress Sanisha Bhattarai as Sakambari, and actor Raj Nyaupane portrays Shivraj. Rehearsal images show the actors embodying their characters with emotional depth and authenticity.

Written and directed by Patrika Ghimire, the play delves into themes of emotional complexity, literary depth, and social psychology. The production is led by producer Ramesh Puri.

Presented by Kantipur Film Academy, the play is expected to be a major draw for both literature lovers and theatre enthusiasts alike.
